Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of FLP Claremont Fencing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

FLP Claremont Fencing provides professional fence installation, repair, and replacement services in Claremont, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Fence installation for residential and commercial properties
• Fence repair and maintenance
• Fence replacement services
• Custom fence design and consultation

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided by FLP Claremont Fencing are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on material costs and project scope adjustments. We will notify you of any significant changes before beginning work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Generally, we require:

• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Final payment is due upon completion of work
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees

Warranties

We stand behind our work with a warranty on labor and installation. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer. Warranty details will be included in your service agreement. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by weather events, accidents, or improper maintenance.

Property Access and Preparation

You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and ensuring that all pets are secured during our work. You must also mark or identify any underground utilities before we begin. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities or sprinkler systems.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may forfeit any deposit paid. If we have already ordered custom materials, you may be responsible for those costs.

Limitation of Liability

FLP Claremont Fencing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Permits and Compliance

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for fence installation on your property. We can assist with permit applications, but you are ultimately responsible for compliance with local building codes and HOA regulations.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
